Melissa, a certified WBE business owner, has spent her entire career working in various capacities in interior design services and facilities management. She specializes in systems furniture and move management and has been with Relocation Strategies, Inc. since 2004. Melissa is certified by the National Council of Interior Design Qualification and is active with BOMA. She chairs the 2012 Awards Luncheon for NAWBO. She is also a Board Member of the Indiana Women’s Business Owners Political Action Committee and recently became a Mentor for the Indiana Construction Roundtable (ICR) Advisory Board. Melissa is a Purdue University graduate with a degree in interior design and is a Registered Interior Designer with the State.

Sally Cunningham

Business Development
Since 1997, Sally has practiced Interior Design in Wilmington, DE and the surrounding areas. As a project manager with Relocation Strategies Inc she has proven herself as a vital member of our team. Today, her focus is on Business Development and account management. Sally is a graduate of Purdue University earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, with honors. She is a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) and is a Registered Interior Designer (RID) in the state of Indiana.

Deanna S. Cable

Project Manager
Deanna began her career twelve years ago. As an experienced designer she has vast knowledge of systems furniture specifications along with relocation and facilities management. Eight years of her relocation and facilities management experience was spent on location with a large local company. With an array of past projects, she prides herself on the skill of incorporating client’s existing furniture with new furniture to maximize their savings. Among those projects she organized and managed logistics over the course of a year long project for 1.2 million dollars of FF&E. She was responsible for scheduling delivery, receiving and inspecting every piece purchased for the large downtown facility. Deanna is a graduate of Indiana State University earning a degree in Interior Design with honors.

Susan Rembusch

Project Manager
Susan’s career began in the furniture industry as a designer and project manager.
Through the years, she has sharpened her skills in space planning, reallocating existing
furniture, and specifying new furniture. Susan has carefully overseen multiple installations, and she has coordinated many office relocations. Whether the scope of her work entails planning for a large public area, a private executive suite or highly-efficient office systems, she takes pride in creating appealing and functional spaces for her clients,
all with careful attention to budget parameters. Susan earned her degree in Interior Design from Purdue University.

Nancy Kay Hinds
Office Assistant
Nancy Hinds grew up in Southern California and started her career as an administrative assistant. Through the years, by means of college courses and on-the-job experience, Hinds continued to expand her skill set and eventually worked for one of the most prestigious architectural design firms in California. She brings more than 25 years of professional experience to Relocation Strategies Inc., and is a strong asset to the team. Two of her greatest attributes are dependability and loyalty, important contributions to the RSI family and its clients.
